Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs vary based on product weights and shipping methods. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Hemp.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

If you received your order damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
