Items purchased from hemp.co may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items listed as 'Final Sale' do not apply for our refund or exchange policy

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in the condition it was received. Returned items that are damaged or used do not apply for our refund or exchange policy. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

To return an item that applies to our refund or exchange policy email orders@thehempmag.com. Please include the reason for your return request and order number.
